“Winning isn’t a sometimes thing, winning is an all the time thing.” -Vince Lombardi

I’m not sure that statement still holds weight, especially after what I witnessed Tiger Woods to in The Masters 2019 tournament.

It’s been 10, LONG years for Tiger Woods.

We all know what went down, the media made sure of it. So I’m confident there’s no need for me to rehash. One thing worth noting though is Tiger’s “road to recovery” on the golf course. To say it was full of ups and downs is probably an understatement.

Injuries, bad play, LIFE, ect…led most Tiger fans to believe that this was probably it, this was the end of the golf road for one of the greatest to ever play the game.

But not for Tiger. He may not have been showing up on the golf course as the Champion he once was, but he was going to do whatever it takes to get back to the top. Even if that meant spending time off the course to heal injuries, past regressions or whatever life served up, that brought him to where he was.

Yet whenever possible and in between injuries, Tiger still SHOWED UP. Sure it wasn’t the most exciting rounds we have seen out of him, but he still SHOWED UP!

Everyone LOVES a comeback, EVERYONE!

And at the 2019 Masters Tournament, that is precisely what we witnessed, a COMEBACK of epic proportions!

At 43 years, and with 14 golf majors under his belt, Tiger Woods would love down his 15th major by winning The Masters 2019.

Masters Sunday felt like the entire world was watching because they were.

Tiger wasn’t the only one to win on Masters Sunday. Nike reports raking in a whopping $22M+ from the Final Round Sunday. They were quick to put this nifty little heartstring puller together, shortly after Sunday’s win.

Witnessing GREATNESS unfold on the golf course once again, by one of the BEST to ever play the game was nothing short of an incredible dose of encouragement, hope, and determination.

So is the best yet to come, yes, I’d say so.
